The duration of our trips is 7-14 days or more for expeditions, usually starting-ending on Saturdays.  Due to the limited number of guests -max 8 in 4 double cabins- we can't serve individuals on a cabin charter basis. ![liveaboard_Athos_0001](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/hubfs/liveaboard_Athos_0001.jpg "liveaboard_Athos_0001") ## Booking Steps ### Step 1 - Request - All you have to do is to send us your request following the link "Get a Quote" at the bottom of this page. We will reply to you with several proposals. You choose which one meets best your preferences and expectations. ### Step 2 - Option - Upon confirmation of the preferred proposal, the boat status is set “Under Option” for 7 days. Under Option the boat is reserved for you so you can arrange other aspects of your trip, i.e flights, work vacation, etc. ### Step 3 - Booking - By the end of Option period, a 30% deposit of the total charter price finalizes your booking. You will receive a Charter Voucher with all details of your trip. Repayment should be completed 3 weeks prior embarkation. ### APA - Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), 20% of the total charter price is used to cover expenses incurred during the course of the charter such as fuel, food, beverages, mooring fees, taxes, etc. The breakdown will be presented to you in a clear manner at the end of the charter. If the costs incurred are less than the APA, the difference is refunded. ### Cancellation - In case of cancellation, we will try to find another charter for the same dates. If we succeed to find one at the same price, then we refund the whole deposit. If the new charter price is lower due to an offer, then we refund the difference. APA, if paid, is refunded regardless. ## The real Greek Liveaboard experience ![Οπτική ταυτότητα Ελλάδα2.0_transparent-1](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/hs-fs/hubfs/%CE%9F%CF%80%CF%84%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%AE%20%CF%84%CE%B1%CF%85%CF%84%CF%8C%CF%84%CE%B7%CF%84%CE%B1%20%CE%95%CE%BB%CE%BB%CE%AC%CE%B4%CE%B12.0_transparent-1.png?width=332&height=50&name=%CE%9F%CF%80%CF%84%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%AE%20%CF%84%CE%B1%CF%85%CF%84%CF%8C%CF%84%CE%B7%CF%84%CE%B1%20%CE%95%CE%BB%CE%BB%CE%AC%CE%B4%CE%B12.0_transparent-1.png "Οπτική ταυτότητα Ελλάδα2.0_transparent-1") [Get a Quote](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/contact-form?hsLang=en) ### Contact Us 105 Nikitara str, Voula, 16673, Greece +30 697 433 7609 [Send us a Whatsapp message](https://wa.me/message/LW2HKUVHEMZOP1) [Follow us on Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100057164452275) [Follow us on Youtube](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCY9QkM8R0JgncE_Y4vWjeRg/videos) [Send us an email](mailto:info@liveaboardgreece.com) ### Quick Links - [Home](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com) - [Scientific Expeditions](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/scientific-expeditions) - [Sailing & Diving Trips](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/sailing-diving-trips) - [Liveaboard Expeditions](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/liveaboard-expeditions) - [About us](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/scientific-expeditions-0) - [News](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/nextgenerationeu) - [Photos](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/scientific-expeditions-1) - [Videos](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/scientific-expeditions-1-0) [Booking procedure](https://www.liveaboardgreece.com/scientific-expeditions-0-0) © 2026 All rights reserved.
