Charter Information
S/C Athos is available as whole boat charter for up to 8 guests. The duration of our trips is 7, 10 or 14 days, usually starting-ending on Saturdays.
For individuals, we'll forward your cabin charter request to one of our dive travel agents both in the US and Europe, which form groups of 6-8 guests with similar diving profiles.
Booking Steps
Step 2 - Option
- Upon confirmation of the preferred proposal, the boat status is set “Under Option” for 7 days. Under Option the boat is reserved for you so you can arrange other aspects of your trip, i.e flights, work vacation, etc.
Step 3 - Booking
- By the end of Option period, a 30% deposit of the total charter price finalizes your booking. You will receive a Charter Voucher with all details of your trip. Repayment should be completed 3 weeks prior embarkation.
APA
- Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), 20% of the total charter price is used to cover expenses incurred during the course of the charter such as fuel, food, beverages, mooring fees, taxes, etc. The breakdown will be presented to you in a clear manner at the end of the charter. If the costs incurred are less than the APA, the difference is refunded.
Cancellation
- In case of cancellation, we will try to find another charter for the same dates. If we succeed to find one at the same price, then we refund the whole deposit. If the new charter price is lower due to an offer, then we refund the difference. APA, if paid, is refunded regardless.
Covid 19
- In the unfortunate situation the trip is not possible due to Covid-19 related issues of any kind, your charter and the corresponding deposit is forwarded in 2024, same dates, same price.
